SSRG Members survey
Research Plus+ is hosting the SSRG (Social Services Research Group) Short Survey on its members capacity to attend events etc in the next 2 years. It would be of enormous help in planning events etc if you would let us know some of the difficulties you might be experiencing – and also some potential solutions!

Customer Service Week Update
On October 5th to coincide with National Customer Service Week, Research Plus+ held an event at the Brook Hotel in Norwich looking at whether businesses listen to their customers. Ten local companies generously contributed over £700 worth of prizes. These were awarded in a draw of entrants and announced when the survey results are released. Emily Barclay of The Perfect Wine presented Tina Wilkins of Spirit Essence with her prize of a bottle of 'something spakling'
